Outgoing Chairman Terry Brown has declared the £100m offer from the Eggert Magnusson-led consortium as 'fair value' for West Ham United.
The two parties shook hands on the deal yesterday with a formal announcement expected later today.Brown, who steps down as Chairman of West Ham United after 14 years said:
"The offer from WH Holding reflects fair value for West Ham, considering its significant history, recent performances and prospects."
Brown is expected to earn around £25m from the sale of the Club - in addition to the £1m salary he paid himself during the last financial year.
