The referee? No comment!

An unusually taciturn Neil Warnock shares his thought's on today's events at the Boleyn....

The referee? No Comment! I was disappointed with Mr Riley today and I asked to see him 30 minutes after the match. No I haven’t spoken with him yet – I came straight here. I’m disappointed because I think we should have won. It’s like climbing a glass mountain at the moment. We make one elementary mistake and we’ve lost the game.

The disallowed goal – I didn’t really see it. I wanted to speak with Mr Riley about Zamora’s challenge on the ‘keeper to be honest. Was I mocking him? Well a couple of my players got booked for dissent but was that any worse than Zamora’s challenge?

I honestly thought that we were the better side – we had one or two chances in the second half but got nothing. Should I have put all four forwards on? I’ve just spoken with local radio about this – there again they’d have had me pick five forwards against Arsenal! Did Kabba do any better than Quinn? I don’t know. There again I’ve got six months left on my contract – I’ve probably got 18 months left in the game – yeah maybe I ought to pick all five forwards!
