Now the season is finally over, voting is open for the 12th annual KUMB.com awards.

This year marks the 12th successive season in which KUMB have conducted an online poll for Hammers fans to vote in a series of categories ranging from Player of the Year to Hackett of the Year (our unique award dedicated to Keith Hackett, the referee of West Ham's 1990 semi-final FA Cup game against Nottingham Forest).

Once again there are 10 categories in which to cast your votes; please note that you may also vote for your runner-up in the main Player of the Year category.

Additionally, you can review all ten nominees for the Goal of the Season award in this video (38.5mb, click on the 'Click here to start download' link).
