West Ham are being linked with a move for Barcelona 'B' striker Jonathan Soriano.
The 26-year-old striker - whose sole appearance for Barca's first team came in 2009 - scored 32 goals in Spain's second flight last season as he fired Barca's B team into the play-off zone.And according to Mundo Deportivo the Hammers are just one of up to ten clubs to express their interest in signing the player, a list that includes Germany's Borussia Moenchengladbach and Portugal's Benfica.
With Sam Allardyce looking to reinforce his attacking options for the second half of the season, Soriano - whose existing contract expires next June - would represent a fairly risk-free investment.
