West Ham are 90 minutes away from Wembley as they prepare to face Cardiff for a second time in five days.

Having scored a sensational 2-0 victory at the Cardiff City Stadium in the first leg of the play-offs on Thursday night, Sam Allardyce's side can comfirm their place in the Final should they avoid defeat by two goals or more at the Boleyn Ground this afternoon.
