Earlier this week KUMB met up with West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce for a quick chat about the coming season.
In our two-part Q&A - the first of which you may find at www.kumb.com/qa.php?id=34 - we begin by talking about the start of the 2012/12 season, targets, Sam's contractual situation and his hopes for the future.
Then, in part two - which you may read at www.kumb.com/qa.php?id=35 - we discuss the club's tranfer policy (both inward and out), sports science and Sam's unique approach to the game.
The KUMB.com Q&A sessions began back in 2000 when we sat down with West Ham United's former managing director Paul Aldridge.
In the intervening 12 years we have spoken to a series of senior club figures including managers like Alan Curbishley and Big Sam plus club legends like Sir Trevor Brooking and Frank McAvennie.
We've also interviewed a series of board members including Scott Duxbury and Eggert Magnusson plus several other key figures associated with the club, such as Academy Director Tony Carr and match day announcer Jeremy Nicholas.
And later this week we will be adding our recent interview with Olympic hero Paul Hunter to our list.
