Allardyce on ... Burnley

Filed: Saturday, 2nd May 2015

Sam Allardyce was a happy man in his post-match press conference as he reflected on his team's win - albeit by the narrowest of margins - against bottom club Burnley at the Boleyn this afternoon.

Big Sam's Hammers held on to take all three points after Mark Noble scored the only goal of the game from a first half spot kick, after the Clarets' Michael Duff was dismissed for denying a goalscoring opportunity after 23 minutes.
