West Ham United's search for new strikers has now extended into Serie A with rumours of interest in Napoli's Manolo Gabbiadini.

The 24-year-old, Calcinate-born goalscorer is reported to be unsettled at the Stadio San Paolo and has been linked with the likes of Tottenham, Wofsburg, Inter and Stoke City in recent days.

Said to be available for a fe in the region of €20 million, Gabbiadini endured a difficult 2015/16 campaign and spent much of it on the bench.

And with Napoli said to be close to securing the capture of Pescara's Gianluca Lapadula, Gabbiadini's days with Gli Azzurri appear to be coming to an end.

The striker made a total of 31 appearances for Napoli last season, scoring nine goals. He has made just 12 starts for the club in Serie A since moving from Sampdoria in January 2015.

He has also appeared on six occasions for the Italian national team, scoring once.
