West Ham have completed the signing of young striker Ashley Fletcher from Manchester United.

As exclusively revealed on the KUMB Forum last month, West Ham have signed England Under 20 international Fletcher from The Reds for a fee to be determined by tribunal.

"I'm very excited to be here," the Keighly-born forward told whufc.com. "West Ham are a massive club and I am just happy that I can come and further my development here.

"I think it is a club with a lot of ambition. They have a lot of good players and it was a special season last year. They managed to finish the campaign very well.

“West Ham are a club built on a tradition of giving youngsters a run; hopefully I can get my chance as well."

Fletcher, whose most recent contract at Old Trafford expired at the end of last season made 27 appearances for Barnsley in League One during the 2015/16 campaign, scoring nine goals.

He has signed a four-year contract with West Ham, tying him to the club until 2020.
