Goals from Ashley Fletcher and Marcus Browne were enough for West Ham's youngsters to secure a narrow victory against Norwich at Victoria Road tonight.
And manager Terry Westley believes that he'll be a busy man tomorrow, with a host of scouts present to watch the Hammers win the match 2-1.
"There was a big attendance by scouts tonight," he told whufc.com. "The loan window closes at the end of January for the rest of the season and I think we had 50 clubs here.
"But we also had our own staff, the management were here tonight and I said before, when the first team havenít won a game, itís a chance for them to twist the managerís arm."
Whilst players such as Toni Martinez and Domingos Quina - who has appeared on the first team bench several times already this term - will be hoping to have made a positive impression, the match was also a good opportunity for one of two more established members of the squad to get some vital game time.
"It was great to see Sam Byram and Reece Oxford back and Fletcher having a run out", he added. "Marcus Browne caught the eye with those fast counter attacks.
"Toni Martinez didnít score tonight but he was a real handful for their team. Domingos Quina in the middle of the pitch was also excellent."
