A Daniel Sjolund brace ensured all three points for Tony Carr's under-19's in yesterdays FA Academy Premier League fixture against Crystal Palace.

The damage was done in the first half, as the Hammers raced to an unassailable 3-0 lead by the break, thanks to a brace from Sjolund and an own goal.

Palace managed to claw back a consolation goal in the second half, but the points were already won for the Hammers by then.

Full match report and comments from Tony Carr to follow soon.
