Carlton Cole has followed up his hilarious Valentines Day spoof from last year with another 14 February special.
12 months ago today the former Hammer urged his male followers to 'do the right thing' - alongside an image of the striker holding various kitchen items such as Oxo cubes and cleaning products.And this morning Cole checked in again for another Valentines Day special - this time dressed as Superman, wearing a wig, whilst clutching a bunch of white roses - as you may see below...

The former Hammer has been out of work since leaving United Soccer League club Sacramento Republic last September having featured for his new team only four times.
Prior to that he featured briefly for Celtic, with whom he signed a two-year contract in October 2015. However Cole was released by the reigning Scottish league champions after only 10 months.
