Eden Hazard is a slight concern for Chelsea ahead of Monday night's clash with West Ham at the Olympic Stadium.
The Belgian international has been in top form for his side this season but is a minor doubt for Monday's meeting after sustaining a knock during training this week, according to Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.

During his pre-match press conference, Conte - who urged his team to go and exact revenge for the EFL Cup defeat last October - also warned his players to keep an eye on Andy Carroll, United's in-form striker who is preparing to return from injury against Chelsea.
