When Harry fined Razor [video]

Filed: Friday, 3rd March 2017
By: Staff Writer

Former Hammers boss Harry Redknapp has been recalling the moment he found himself in the dock - fighting against one of his own players!

Redknapp, who was manager of West Ham between 1994 and 2001 has been speaking about the time he and Neil 'Razor' Ruddock faced each other in a hearing to determine whether West Ham had lawfully withheld the player's wages.

"I fined Razor two weeks wages. I thought he would take the punishment but he decided to appeal!" says Redknapp, whilst recalling incident.

But as you may see from the video (below), the tough-tackling Ruddock thought he'd pulled the wool over Harry's eyes - only for Redknapp, now 70, to have the last laugh!
