Get Snodgrass! Polis issue warrant

A warrant has been issued for West Ham United's Robert Snodgrass after he failed to attend a court hearing in Glasgow.

The 29-year-old Scottish international was due in court to answer a charge of driving "while a baby was being held by a passenger" but failed to attend as "he didn't think he had to", according to defence lawyer Martin Black.




The incident is said to have occurred on the city's Duke Street on 17 April 2016. Snodgrass is accused of being in control of the car whilst a passenger held the child, as there was no baby seat present.

The incident is unlikely to affect the winger's selection for West Ham's London derby with Chelsea at the Olympic Stadium.
