Post-match press conference: Antonio Conte vs West Ham Utd

Antonio Conte was in positive mood after watching his Chelsea side continue their march towards the title.

Goals from Eden Hazard and Diego Costa earned the visitors all three points at the Olympic Stadium, where West Ham's sole consolation came from Manuel Lanzini.
