Less than half to renew at the OS

A snap KUMB members' poll has revealed that less than half of existing season ticket holders intend to renew this summer.

Season tickets holders were asked whether they intend to return to the Olympic Stadium for a second season, having had a year to assess the arena and its surroundings since West Ham moved from the Boleyn Ground.

And according to our poll just 44 per cent of those not tied into a two-year deal (or longer) intend to return next season, with more than a third claiming that they would definitely not come back and a further one in five of those polled yet to make up their minds.

The number of supporters intending to renew has however increased slightly from a poll conducted by KUMB at Christmas, when just 35 per cent of voters said they intend to return for a second season at Stratford.

Although the proportion of supporters not planning to return next season remained largely the same, a third of those previously undecided have since changed to 'yes'.

KUMB Poll: do you intend to renew your season ticket's next season?

Survey started 13 March 2017: Yes 44%; No 36%; Unsure 20%.

Survey started 7 December 2016: Yes 35%; No 35%; Unsure 30%.
