Bilic ignoring speculation [video]

Slaven Bilic says that he remains "totally motivated and focused" - despite a string of reports linking other managers to his role at West Ham.




Jaap Stam, Rafa Benitez and Roberto Mancini are just some of the most popular names that have cropped up in recent days as the media speculates on Bilic's successor, following reports that the Croatian's contract may not be extended next summer.

However the current Hammers boss say that he is not phased by the speculation and remains focused on the task in hand, as you may see in the video below.
