West Ham transfer target Joe Hart has been left out of Manchester City's travelling party for their impending US tour.

Hart is one of several recognised first team squad members left out of the touring party - along with Jason Deneyer, Samir Nasri, Eliaquim Mangala and another former Hammers target, Wilfried Bony.

West Ham have been keeping tabs on the situation regarding the England goalkeeper, who is available for around 20million. However United are only be interested in a season-long loan deal, at present, according to reports from elsewhere.

* In other transfer stories today, West Ham are the latest club said to have expressed an interest in Juventus midfielder Stefano Sturaro.

According to Tuttosport, the Hammers are one of a number of Premier League clubs to have taken a look at the 24-year-old, who has also represented Italy at full senior level on four occasions. Everton have also been strongly linked in recent days.
