Slaven Bilic has spoken publicly for the first time since the transfer window closed.

Talking to the media ahead of Monday evening's first home game of the season against newly-promoted Huddersfield, Bilic refused to comment on the William Carvalho situation - insisting that he would prefer to keep his thoughts private.
