Two Hammers in England squad

Aaron Cresswell and on-loan Joe Hart have both been named in the England squad to face Slovenia and Lithuania early next month.

England face Slovenia at Wembley Stadium on Thursday, 5 October before travelling to Lithuania on Sunday, 8 October for the second of the two World Cup qualifiers.
