West Ham captain Mark Noble said his team mates wore the club's colours "with pride" against Tottenham tonight, as he reflected on leading the Hammers to another memorable success.

Noble played a full 90 minutes as West Ham defied the odds to come from two goals behind and beat Spurs 3-2 at Wembley - thanks in no small part to a brace from Man of the Match Andre Ayew, whose performance his captain said was a deserved reward.

"We haven't been doing ourselves justice," he told Sky Sports. "I said we need to wear the shirt with pride - and we did that. We showed we have talent and quality. Andre's had a bit of stick - but he keeps on grinding, and he deserved that [Man of the Match award] tonight."
