Noble 'disappointed' by individual errors

Mark Noble says his team mates simply have to do better, after West Ham threw away two points in the final seconds of Saturday's 2-2 draw at Selhurst Park.

The West Ham captain tore into his team mates for making the errors that led to Palace's two goals - the first of which came from the penalty spot following an unnecessary trip by Angelo Ogbonna, and the second after Michail Antonio had conceded possession deep in opposition territory deep into the final minute of injury time.

"We scored two great goals, two goals away from home and we dug in," Noble told whufc.com. "I thought the defenders played tremendously well but as I have said many, many times, you get punished if you make mistakes in this league - and thatís what we did.

"Weíve got to learn how to see games out, itís as simple as that. Iím really disappointed because I thought we did enough to win the game. They had a lot of pressure in the second half, but youíre going to get that."

Noble, who played the full 90 minutes against Palace was also seen ranting and raving as the players left the pitch following the final whistle (see image above). Yohan Cabaye is thought to be the target of his ire, having refused to shake hands after the game.
