He may be on his way to Everton in the next few days, but if so Watford boss Marco Silva ended his tenure at Vicarage Road on a positive note.

On a day in which he was being heavily linked with the vacant position at Goodison Park, Silva watched his team produce "a really good performance" to see off the challenge of David Moyes' hugely disappointing West Ham.
