Man City boss Pep Guardiola was a relieved man after the runaway league leaders scored a late winner to break Hammers hearts.

The Citizens extended their 100 per cent record to 14 games by virtue of David Silva's 84th minute winning goal - but were pushed all the way by West Ham, who were praised by the Spanish boss.
