Oxford poised for Gladbach return

Reece Oxford is on his way back to the Bundesliga after David Moyes sanctioned a return to Germany.

19-year-old Oxford spent the opening half of the campaign on loan with Bayer Leverkusen but was recalled by West Ham shortly after Christmas, despite the German club having expressed a desire to retain his services.

But having made just three brief appearances for West Ham since returning to England, Oxford is poised to return to Borussia Monchengladbach on loan for the remainder of the season after he had a heart-to-heart with Moyes this morning.
