Javier Hernandez has refused to guarantee that he'll be at West Ham next season.

The Mexican international, who has been linked with a move away from east London on numerous occasions since moving to West Ham last summer told US network Univision that he will wait to see what offers are presented to him before making a decision on his future.

"There has always been speculation that I'm leaving or staying, I can not guarantee anything," he said. "I have another two years [on my] contract with West Ham, then you will see everything else."

However striker Hernandez - who has scored just seven goals for West Ham in 29 appearances this season - did confirm that he asked to leave during the January transfer windo - an appeal that was rejected.

"In the winter I wanted to get away," he added, "but I was not allowed to."

Hernandez, for whom West Ham paid in the region of 14million last summer has failed to secure a place in the starting XI under David Moyes or his predecessor Slaven Bilic in a season punctuated by injury and illness.
