West Ham linked with former Man U star

West Ham are hoping to lure former Manchester United midfielder Shinji Kagawa back to the Premier League this summer, according to the latest transfer speculation.

The 29-year-old, who is currently enjoying a second spell with Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga spent two years at Old Trafford between 2012 and 2014 during which he made 57 appearances.

And having worked with Kagawa in the second of his two years in England, current West Ham manager David Moyes - formerly manager of Manchester Utd - knows the player better than many.

Everton are also reported to have expressed interest in signing the Japanese international, who has scored six times this season for Die Schwarzgelben.
