Post-match press conference: Jose Mourinho v West Ham Utd [audio]

Filed: Friday, 11th May 2018
By: Staff Writer

Jose Mourinho refused to criticise Mark Noble for the bust-up involving Paul Pogba after the two sides played out a goalless draw at the Olympic Stadium.

The Reds boss believed that both sides were looking to win the game until the closing stages, when he admitted to closing up shop in order to ensure the point that guaranteed his club a runners-up spot in the Premier League.

And he insisted that too much had been made of the brawl between the combative midfielders, who he said "loooked like they were in love"!

Hear what else Mourinho had to say about the evening's events during his post-match press conference below.
