Stuart Pearce has revealed that he never met David Sullivan or Karren Brady during his most recent spell West Ham.

56-year-old Pearce was employed as a coach in David Moyes' backroom team that left the club last month after they successfully guided West Ham to Premier League safety.

However the former full back told Talksport this morning that despite spending almost the entire season at West Ham, he never met either of the club's most prominent Board members.

"I never met them once," Pearce told Alan Brazil. "If I owned a football club, or ran any organisation, Id make it my business to welcome new faces into the football club. The working environment is the training ground.

"Unless, that is,they decided Mr. Gold is going to be the face of the board, and hes going to be the one to come in. To be fair, hes very, very personable, and he used to come to every game and pop into the dressing room after games.

"I cant speak for David [Moyes], he had links with all three. But from a personal view I never met two of the three in the seven months I was there."
