Lanzini's rehabilitation latest [video]

Manuel Lanzini's long road to rehabilitation has begun - with the most basic of exercise routines.

The Argentinian midfielder is expected to be out of action until the beginning of 2019 at the earliest after sustaining damaged ligaments prior to the start of the World CUp Finals last month.

However the long journey to full recovery has already begun, with Lanzini already undertaking gentle stretching exercises in order to assist the reparatory work undertaken by a recent operation - as you can see in the following video, published by the midfielder on Instagram today.

However it's not only Lanzini's injured knee that's currently receiving a workover; as you can see from the following image, he has joined the likes of Marko Arnautovic and Javier Hernandez by having his hair dyed blonde!

Lanzini's "blonde moment" was accompanied by a message expressing his love for partner Mer Lafuente, with whom he is pictured.
