West Ham United's Rush Green training complex is to undergo an emergency face lift ahead of the new season.
According to the Mail Online, new Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini has ordered an emergency upgrade at the first team's training complex having been left far from impressed by the existing facilities upon his arrival in England.

And one of his main priorities will be to install undersoil heating, which could help with the vast number of impact injuries players at the club have suffered from in recent years - and also allow use of the pitches all year round.
Last winter temporary manager David Moyes was left frustrated and searching for alternative solutions when he was unable to use the pitches at Rush Green as a result of inclement weather - a scenario that Pellegrini is not willing to repeat.
The new manager has already instigated sweeping changes at West Ham, whilst persuading the Board to part with nearly £100million in transfer fees already this summer - something that he feels will make a huge impact on the club's fortunes next season.

"We are very happy with the players we have signed since I arrived and it gives us a big confidence ahead of the new season," Pellegrini said on Tuesday.
"The club have made a very big investment this summer and I must thank the owners for their support and backing."
