Club captain Mark Noble clocked up nearly 500 minutes of on-field action during pre-season - featuring more than any other player in Manuel Pellegrini's squad.

The 31-year-old midfielder, who has clocked up more than 400 first team appearances for West Ham played in all seven of United's pre-season friendlies and was used by the new manager more than any other player.

Noble narrowly edged out wide man Arthur Masuaku into second place, having played just three minutes more than the Frenchman - whilst Marko Arnautovic came in third, having played just 34 minutes less than Masuaku.

Arnautovic was also West Ham's leading goalscorer by a country mile, with five goals from six outings. No other player managed to score more than a single goal, a feat achieved by six other squad members, or produce more than one assist bar Noble with two.
