We need to improve ASAP, says Arnautovic [audio]

West Ham United captain Marko Arnautovic urged his team mates to pull together after being left stunned by defeat at home to newly-promoted Wolves.

The Austrian forward, skipper on the day in the absence of club captain Mark Noble looked horrified as he reflected on the late defeat, inflicted by Adam Traore's injury-time winner.

"This cannot happen," he told Sky Sports. "I've got no words for that, it's a very hard situation. The club and the fans are expecting much more from us. We need to stick together and believe in each other."

You can hear Arnautovic's thoughts in full below.
