Manuel Pellegrini says that his team need to continue improving, despite having turned the corner in recent weeks.

Pellegrini, speaking ahead of tonight's trip to Brighton insisted that he was delighted by the team's improvement since winning 3-1 at Everton but insisted that his squad must continue to work hard in order to extend their unbeaten run, which currently extends to four matches.
