Rice starts for England

Declan Rice will make his first start for England tonight when they face Montenegro in a Euro 2020 qualifier.

The 20-year-old Hammers midfielder is one of two players set to make their full international debuts when the two teams meet at the Podgorica City Stadium.

Rice, who made his England debut as a second half substitute against the Czech Republic at the weekend will start in place of Eric Dier, who was ruled out of tonight's game through injury.
