Championship clubs Middlesbrough and West Bromwich Albion are reported to have expressed an interest in capturing West Ham's out-of-favour Reece Oxford.

'Boro have become something of a regular haunt for ex-Hammers having signed the likes of Darren Randolph, Ashley Fletcher and Jordan Hugill on loan in the last two seasons.

Meanwhile Albion, who appear set to name former Hammers boss Slaven Bilic as their new manager also hope to sign Oxford, who has one more year remaining on the lucrative £20,000-per-week contract he signed in 2016.

* Ligue One outfit Marseille are the latest club to be linked with a move for West Ham target Moussa Marega.

Director of Football at the French club, Andoni Zubizarreta, is reported to have assigned scouts to track the Porto star who finished last season as joint top scorer in the Champions League.

However the French club are considered unlikely to meet the 28-year-old striker's €30million asking price - despite Marseille manager André Villas-Boas having previously indicated his admiration for Marega, who is still tipped to arrive in the Premier League this summer.

* West Ham's pursuit of Pablo Fornals has ended United's interest in Celta Vigo midfielder Stanislav Lobotka - for now, at least.

Villareal star Fornals is now viewed as West Ham's main midfield target having missed out on landing Andre Gomes, who is likely to join Everton on a permanent basis in the next few days.

And consequently West Ham's interest in Lobotka tas taken a back seat whilst they attempt to conclude a deal for the exciting 23-year-old playmaker.

* Bologna are the latest side to be linked with Hammers midfielder Pedro Obiang, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Serie A club, seeking reinforcements ahead of the new campaign are said to rate the Spaniard - who has spent the last four season in London - highly and are set to make an offer soon.

* Leicester are the latest club to be linked with the capture of Inter's Croatian forward Ivan Perisic.

Now 30, Perisic has also been linked with a move to West Ham this summer but despite having reached 30 in February is still likely to cost any potential suitors in the region of £30million.
