So thatís it, the curtain closes on another deadline day with West Ham once again being a major player in the dramatic last day of wheelingís and dealings.
Last Sunday afternoon saw West Hamís first and final FA Cup appearance of the season as Chris OíGradyís late winner for Sheffield Wednesday sent us crashing out of a tournament that never really begun for Big Samís men.
Another game, another point.
What a night. What a performance. What a win.
What more could you want on a Valentineís night? An enthralling ninety minutes and an electric atmosphere under the Upton Park lights, spent with the true love of our lives, West Ham United. The only thing missing was the three points.
When Kevin Nolan recklessly dived in inside the first ten minutes and was given his marching orders, we would have been forgiven for fearing the worst and that the 21-year-old wait for a home league win against Millwall was set to lengthen.
It certainly wonít be a game that will live long in the memory but another win and finally top of the league, we have to be happy, donít we?
