Thanks.

I wear lenses/glasses so I get tested fairly regularly anyway. But my eyes have taken a sharp downturn since I got into my 40s...bifocals have already been mentioned!

God luck to you, hope you keep it under control.

Our ****ing dog ( a female shitzu ). She took my wife's brand new ( one ****ing day ) frameless glasses ( €200 ) off the coffee table and chewed them to bits last month.

My wife spent another €200 replacing them last week and fell asleep on the couch last night putting the new glasses resting on the coffee table.

The dog only did it again.

This one year old mutt has chewed our kitchen table legs, chairs, every kitchen skirting board, even the corners of kitchen units and the wall right through to the metal corner bits.

We tried the dog spray stuff, she ****ing likes it and drinks it!

Bar removing her teeth what the heck am I going to do Headbanger

Our pug has chewed through loads of pairs of my glasses (and cases) which is the reason I will only ever buy £ shop reading glasses. He's an 'effin nightmare for chewing stuff.

Give it another 10-12 years to calm down. Our dogs have destroyed doors, skirting, sofas, countless dog beds, quilts, dvds and shoes. Add children to that and we've been living in a disaster zone for the last 10 years! Wouldn't have it any other way!
Thinking of redecorating in 2029.

I don't get the whole dog love thing - or any pet for that matter. 12 years of inconveniences and extra responsibilities, draining valuable minutes from my precious free time and valuable finances that could have been spent on me. And in return, nothing that benefits me at all.

But not the ones who wait 'til I get right up to them when cycling & THEN walk in front of the bike.
They must be dogs of small brain.

You should put a muzzle on her and keep her in the back yard. So that she can't keep buying ridiculously ****ing expensive glasses.
