^^^^ Yep

I've worked on many an Open when 'he' was at his peak and it really was the TW Show. Everything else was secondary to making sure the world saw every shot, spit, scratch and fart from him, no matter how badly he played.

:D

Is two shots sufficient for Mickelson or should he be disqualified? I'm with those who say DQ.

My mate is a big golf enthusiast...I'll email him..but I seem to remember another big time golfer doing something similar maybe at Augusta ??

Found it...

John Daly did similar at the 1999 US Open - don't think he was disqualified..but then again he was probably completely bladdered on the course...!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not DQing him has set a potentially dangerous precedence.

Greens lightning fast and they're all having a good moan but it is pleasantly refreshing to see over par numbers frequently.
