West Ham Utd v Cardiff City: live

West Ham are seeking to put their disappointing recent league form behind them with a morale-boosting win in the Capital One Cup tonight.

Sam Allardyce's team are without a victory since the opening day of the season, when tonight's opponents were beaten 2-0 thanks to goals from Joe Cole and Kevin Nolan.

And having beaten Cheltenham in the previous round, the Hammers are hoping to progress to the fourth round of the competition with a win over the Bluebirds at the Boleyn Ground this evening.

For those unable to attend the game tonight, live updates will be provided throughout the evening on our forum match thread, which may be found here: www.kumb.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=149507.

Meanwhile any live video streams will be listed in our 2013/14 season streaming thread at www.kumb.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=148191. As always, you use these at your own peril.

KUMB.com will, as always, bring you a match summary at the final whistle, with the thoughts of both Sam Allardyce and his opposite number Malky Mackay to follow later this evening/tomorrow morning.

In the run-up to kick off, Preview Percy brings you all the facts - well, sort of - in his match preview at www.kumb.com/article.php?id=3280.
