Cup fever hits town today as West Ham Utd Ladies FC prepare to face Charlton Athletic in the Capital Women's Cup Final.

Julian Dicks' side face the Addicks at Harrow Borough FC's Earlsmead ground this evening and take with them a whole host of good-luck messages from Irons fans across the globe.

Stacey Little, the Ladies' captain has been deluged by support from the West Ham social media community and wrote to thank everyone this morning.

"Mahoosive thank you to everyone who has wished us good luck for our Capital Cup Final against Charlton," she wrote via Twitter. "[I've] woken up to so many 'good luck' tweets. Thank you, thank you, thank you."

West Ham's Capital Cup campaign begun against local rivals Tottenham in the first round. After the game had ended deadlocked at 4-4, the Hammers secured passage to the quarter finals thanks to a 5-3 penalty shootout win.

The Hammers made the final courtesy of a 7-0 quarter final success against Haringay - a game in which Kelley Blanchflower recorded a superb four-goal haul - and a 2-0 semi final win against Queens Park Rangers.

All West Ham fans are welcomed to come and cheer the girls on at Harrow Borough FC tonight (7.30pm kick off). Tickets are priced at just £6 for adults and £3 concessions (free programme included) and a live PA will be provided by West Ham United's match day host, DJ Leon.

Everyone at KUMB.com would like to wish the team the very best of luck.
