Goals from Sofiane Feghouli and Andre Ayew were enough to secure a win for West Ham on the final day of the Premier League season.

A largely horrendous season ended on a positive note after West Ham secured 11th place in the Premier League table courtesy of a narrow win at Turf Moor - despite having trailed at one stage.

Burnley took the lead when Sam Vokes scored his 10th Premier League goal of the campaign when he converted Andre Gray's low cross.

However their lead was to last for just a few minutes before Sofiane Feghouli completed a fine Hammers move with a low shot into 'keeper Tom Heaton's bottom left corner, following good work from Edi Fernandes and Andre Ayew.

And it was Ayew who scored the winning goal with a rather strange close-range header just 18 minutes from full time after Tom Heaton had pushed Fernandes' rasping effort on to the crossbar.

We'll have a full match report for you shortly...
