Post-match press conference: Maurizio Sarri v West Ham Utd [video]

Filed: Tuesday, 9th April 2019
By: Staff Writer

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri was full of praise for match-winner Eden Hazard after his two goals secured Chelsea a 2-0 win over West Ham.

The Blues boss was speaking after his team rose to third in the Premier League after a goal in each half from Hazard - who has been strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid this week - was enough to condemn West Ham to defeat.

"We played a really good match," Sarri told the assembled media. "When Hazard is able to play like he has in the last two matches for the team, of course it's easier and we can beat any team."
