Championship side Aston Villa visit the Rush Green stadium on 4 August. Aston Villa - who finished 6th in the Championship last season - are the first of four home fixtures that West Ham will face before the Super League begins.

A week later Nottingham Forest visit, Forest finished ninth in the National League North last season, two divisions below West Ham.

West Ham's first and only away pre-season fixture comes a week later against Arsenal in a precursor to their opening fixture of the coming campaign. Last time West Ham visited Arsenal they were narrowly beaten by the odd goal in a seven-goal encounter.

A return to Rush Green follows for a match against Bristol City, City finished one position above The Hammers last season despite losing both matches played between the two sides; West Ham winning 2-0 at home and 2-1 away.

11 September is the date for West Ham's last game of pre-season, just one week before the new season fellow Londoners Tottenham visit hoping to gain valuable experience before their debut season in the Women's Super league.

Tottenham gained promotion from the Women's Championship last season, finishing second below Manchester United who also join the Women's Super league this season.

West Ham's first three home fixtures of pre-season will be played behind closed doors, but fans will be able to attend the fixture against Tottenham. West Ham's first home game of the league season comes against Birmingham City on 15 September.
