West Bromwich Albion boss Slaven Bilic has praised on-loan winger Grady Diangana for his match-winning performance against Luton.

The 21-year-old Hammer, who is spending the season on loan with the Baggies at The Hawthorns scored twice to secure three points for Albion, who were trailing 1-0 when Diangana was introduced at half time.

And Bilic, who previously worked alongside the winger during his spell as West Ham manager was full of praise for the youngster after he scored in the 48th and 51st minute of the Championship clash to earn West Brom a 2-1 win.

"Grady did exactly what we wanted, but it was not only him," Biic told the media following Albion's narrow victory. "He helped the team, the team helped him. Grady was fantastic.

"They [Luton] are a good team who have a great home record and they have the belief - so this was a great three points. Second half, not only because of Grady, we were a different team."

However Bilic admitted that Diangana still hadn't guaranteed himself a place in Albion's starting XI, despite his weekend heroics. "Let’s not be unfair to Kyle [Edwards]," he added. "It’s not like it’s Kyle out and Grady in now."

You may see both of Diangana's goals in the following highlights video from Saturday's Championship clash.
