Goals from Andriy Yarmolenko and Aaron Cresswell sent West Ham United into the top four of the Premier League.

Manuel Pellegrini's side never really looked troubled against a distinctly average Manchester United team, who barely troubled Lukasz Fabianski who only had one save of note to make.

And as a result, a goal either side of the half time break was good enough to send the Hammers into the top four of the table at this early stage of the campaign.

Yarmolenko opened the scoring on the stroke of half time with a well-taken effort, before Cresswell secured the win with a fantastic free kick seven minutes from the end of time.

And the visitors, a shadow of the team that won a string of trophies in years gone past simply had no answer as the Hammers strolled to a victory that catapulted them up the Premier League table.
