"Everyone returned [from international duty] without any problems," Pellegrini, speaking during his Thursday pre-match press conference, confirmed.

"We have a completely fit squad apart from the players who were injured before. Declan Rice has worked without any problem."

With regards to those unfit to feature, Pellegrini revealed that Polish goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski had undergone surgery to correct the damage caused during the away game at Bournemouth last month.

"Lukasz had his surgery last Saturday," said the boss. "We must be patient. As we said at the beginning, he will probably return next year."
