Jonjo Heuermann was a guest on BBC current affairs programme The One Show on Wednesday evening.

The KUMB member appeared on the show along with father Gary in order to highlight his extensive efforts to find the owners of around 1,000 personalised bricks salvaged from rubble when the Boleyn Ground was pulled down three years ago to come forward.

"It's going really well and already we've returned over half," said Jonjo. "Through our website fans can fill in a form and then check if their brick has been claimed or if we still have it."

Jonjo, 17, was joined by three Hammers fans who were some of the 500 fans who have been already been reunited with the bricks they originally purchased on the show, two of whom received their personalised bricks live on air.

The young Hammers fan, who has been working on behalf of various West Ham-related charities since he was a child was later presented with a signed Declan Rice shirt by way of thanks for his considerable efforts.

You may view a recording of the show on the BBC's online iPlayer service. Jonjo's segment begins around the 43 minute mark.

You may get in touch with Jonjo and his helpers to reclaim your brick from the Boleyn Ground via the Boleyn Brick Project website.
