David Moyes says that he's never had a problem with West Ham's board - and says fans should be careful what they wish for.

Moyes was re-hired a fortnight ago having failed to secure a permanent contract two years ago following his temporary appointment as replacement for Slaven Bilic.

But the Hammers boss insists he bears no grudges - whilst insisting that he enjoys a productive relationship with David Sullivan, David Gold and Karren Brady.

"I've found them very good," he said during his Everton pre-match press conference. "That might sound strange for someone who was let go by them a year and a half ago.

"I have found them very straight, they talk correctly. I have had a chance to work with other types of owners and sometimes, you always wish for something better and the grass isn't always greener.

"Mr Sullivan and Mr Gold have always been willing to help, to see if there is anything I need - so I would only say good things."

Moyes also confirmed he has been involved in talks with various candidates with regards to extending his backroom staff - but believes he might even have to wait until the end of the current season before offering contracts.

"I've having some discussions and conversations with three or four people but nothing too formal, telling them what I'm looking for," he confirmed.

"There's nothing happening just now and I will take my time over it in the coming weeks. Ideally it would be the summer but we are also sure that, at the right time, we will add to staff members when we need it."
